Our mission is to find dedicated people who are passionate about mainstreaming their music, teach them the fundamentals of artist discovery development, and empower them to create their own record labels.
Most we discover through our community are signed for management or publishing through our venture with EMI Music Publishing and other major labels and outlets; or else shopped to our major label contacts for record deals. Scouts are compensated through a unique learning experience and monetarily in the event one of their artists is signed, STR get's 5% of all record/label deals.
